The Warren Nunatak is a Nunatak in the Heritage Range of the Ellsworth Mountains in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises 6 km east of Mount Capley on the eastern side of the Nimbus Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Arthur D. Warren, who in 1958 worked as aurora explorer on the US Ellsworth Station was operating.
