The wash house (French: lavoir ) in Cussey-sur-Lison , a French commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region , was built in 1841. The rectangular wash house was built according to plans by the architect JB Martin. The outer basin also served as a drinking trough . The neoclassical building is covered by a zinc roof. In 1895 three water taps and two water connections for the fire department were installed. Two round arches open the building on the two narrow sides.
