The water tower Großhesselohe is a water tower in Großhesselohe , a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Pullach in the Isar valley in the district of Munich . The building is registered as a monument in the Bavarian List of Monuments .

The water tower is located in a forest on the Isar high bank near the forest management at an altitude of 574 m above sea level. NHN . It was built in 1898 by the Royal Hofbrunnwerke Munich. Originally spring water was taken from the Isar slope and from a lying beneath the forest management at the foot of the slope Brunnhaus pumped up to the water tower.

The water tower is a round tower with a base diameter of about 8 meters. It is divided horizontally by surrounding cornices and has a tower pulpit with a conical roof .
