The Waterhouse River is a river in the north of the Australian territory Northern Territory .

River course

The river rises on the Arnhem Land plateau in the southwest of Arnhem Land and flows south. East of Mataranka , in Elsey National Park , it connects with Roper Creek to the Roper River .
