The Wealth Management Capital Holding GmbH , in short Wealthcap is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unicredit Bank , based in Munich . It is part of the international association of UniCredit , an Italian holding company for financial services companies . With an issued investment volume of EUR 11.58 billion and equity of EUR 7.31 billion placed, Wealthcap is one of the leading providers of closed real asset funds in Germany. Between October 2012 and December 2013 alone, the company acquired investment properties worth 1.2 billion euros. Wealthcap was founded in 2007 to merge the activities of the Group's three real asset companies Blue Capital , HFS , HVB FondsFinance and their subsidiaries.

In the company's history, 138 investments were placed in twelve different asset classes (including private equity , real estate , aviation , renewable energies and real assets portfolios). More than 250 employees in Munich, Berlin , Atlanta and Toronto contribute to the conception of new investment concepts as well as to the management of existing investment companies . In 2013, according to the company, over 210,000 investors had invested in Wealthcap products.

Wealthcap primarily trades in German commercial and office properties . For example, the company owns the Ten Towers in Munich and the central bus station there . The company offers multi-property and portfolio solutions for private customers as well as funds for professional investors such as pension funds , churches and foundations . The product range also includes real estate in Europe and North America as well as aviation and private equity investments. In 2013 the company was selected by the rating agency Feri EuroRating Services as one of the best three providers in the "National Real Estate" category. In 2014, the Scope rating agency certified the company's high asset management quality and awarded it an AA rating .
