The White Lake is located in the northwest of the Sternberg lake landscape in the municipality of Blankenberg in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district , Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . It is located about 25 kilometers southeast of Wismar . North of the lake is the town of Warin . The body of water has a maximum length of 700 meters and an approximate width of 300 meters. The lakeshore is wooded except for the location in the village of White Krug. There is also a forestry office here. The lake has no surface drainage or inflow.
