The Weinmanufaktur Untertürkheim eG is a wine cooperative , which is headquartered in the urban district Stuttgart-Untertürkheim has in the German wine-growing region Württemberg. It was founded in 1887 at the instigation of the mayor Eduard Fiechtner from Untertürkheim by 34 winemakers under the name of "Weingärtnergesellschaft Untertürkheim". The community wine cellar in Untertürkheim with the large cross-vaulted cellar dates from 1902.

At that time Württemberg was still a separate kingdom and the wine was delivered to the court of the Russian tsar through royal connections. Today there are 40 wine growers who work according to the common credo of “quality over quantity” and “uniqueness over quantity”.

The wine cooperative has been called Weinmanufaktur Untertürkheim since 2002 . The success also convinced the neighbors in 2004: the Obertürkheimer cooperative, founded in 1918, voted unanimously to join the wine factory.

The vineyards of the member companies cover almost 90 hectares of vineyards in the Untertürkheim sites Altenberg and Mönchberg and the Obertürkheim sites Kirchberg and Ailenberg. The wide range of varieties consists of two thirds of red wine and one third of white wine. These mainly include the traditional Württemberg grape varieties Trollinger (40 ha), Riesling (17 ha), Pinot Noir (10 ha) and Lemberger (8 ha).
