Reviews

  • “He can speak of grief, of pain, of the tenderness that is still between people in spite of everything, and of the fear that even this last tenderness will one day be lost to people and that they will then be all alone; he can talk about all of these difficult things without making blatant tones. Schaub deals with the most difficult, the personal, with remarkable ease and naturalness. He has no problem getting intimate. ”- Bernhard Giger, Der kleine Bund , August 29, 1987
  • "Without appearing sentimental or moralizing, Schaub succeeds in taking stock of the emotional world of the 80s generation in the carefully made film." - Frankfurter Rundschau 1988
