Wendy Cruz (born March 7, 1976 in Santiago de los Caballeros ) is a former Dominican cyclist .

Wendy Cruz won a stage at the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional in 2001, 2008 and 2012. In 2005 he was able to win a part of the Puerto Rico Tour and also won the overall standings. From 2006 he drove for the Puerto Rican Continental Team Caico . At the Caribbean Championship in the British Virgin Islands , he finished second in the road race. In the 2007 season he again won a stage at the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional and was also successful in the road race of the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro . In 2008 he became national road racing champion . In 2012 he finished fifth in the road race of the Pan American Road Cycling Championships.
