Werderstrasse 152 (Heilbronn)
The residential building at Werderstrasse 152 in Heilbronn is a listed building that was built for Wilhelm Schöneck in 1905/06. In addition to Werderstrasse 154 and Werderstrasse 155, it is one of three residential buildings that the piano maker Schöneck had built on Werderstrasse. The building was designed by the Heilbronn architects Christian Dietz and Jakob Saame .
location
The cultural monument is located on Werderstrasse, the former central axis of the historic workers' residential area. Following the changes in urban development policy of the European Monument Protection Year 1975 and the amendment of the Federal Building Act of 1976, it was converted into a traffic-calmed zone in the years 1977–1981 as part of the “careful renewal of individual urban districts”.

The façade shows the “typical detachment from historicism in its strong planarity” and has been placed under monument protection as a cultural monument.
history
In 1950 the house was owned by Adolf Widenmeyer from Neckarwestheimn and seven tenants are named. In 1961 nothing had changed in that regard.
