Werner Flach (politician)

Werner Flach (born January 21, 1936 in Nieder-Weisel ) is a Hessian politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Werner Flach graduated from high school in 1956 and studied at the TH Munich and TH Darmstadt . He completed his studies in 1962 as a graduate engineer (mechanical engineering) and received his doctorate in 1967 after doing research with Otto Krischer as a research assistant at the Institute for Heating and Drying Technology at the TH Darmstadt. From 1968 he was managing director of Imhof & Co. GmbH in Bad Nauheim .

politics

Werner Flach is a member of the CDU and was active in his party in various board positions. He was the deputy CDU local chairman and member of the Central Hesse district executive. In terms of local politics, he was a full-time city councilor in Bad Nauheim as well as a city councilor and district councilor after 1968. From December 5, 1972 to November 30, 1974, he was a member of the Hessian state parliament and in 1974 a member of the 6th Federal Assembly .

Werner Flach was a member of the Synod of the Evangelical Church in Hesse and Nassau.
