Werner Hublitz
Werner Hublitz (born March 10, 1926 in Obermoschel ; † September 15, 2004 in Rockenhausen ) was a German tax officer and politician ( SPD ).
Life
Hublitz attended the Obermoschel elementary school from 1932 to 1940. In 1940 he began an apprenticeship at the Obermoschel tax and community revenue department and attended the administration and savings bank school in Kaiserslautern. Between 1943 and 1945 he did military service. From 1945 he worked in tax and community collection in Alsenz and Obermoschel. In 1950 he passed the first and in 1953 the second administrative examination and in 1956 the examination for the Palatinate tax and community revenue service. In 1958 he became a revenue inspector and in 1961 executive officer of the Obermoschel mayor.
politics
Hublitz joined the SPD in 1956 and was a board member of the SPD sub-district Donnersbergkreis.
In 1956 he became a member of the Obermoschel City Council and in 1960 First Alderman. From 1960 he was a member of the district council and the district committee Rockenhausen and Donnersbergkreis, where he was chairman of the SPD parliamentary group. In 1956 he also became a member of the regional representation for West Palatinate. From 1972 to 1990 he was mayor of the community of Alsenz-Obermoschel . On September 16, 1969, he replaced Adolf Rothley in the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament . In the state elections in Rhineland-Palatinate in 1971 , he was re-elected to the state parliament, to which he was a member until December 12, 1972. In the 7th electoral term he was chairman of the audit commission and member of the budget and finance committee in the state parliament.
In addition, he was chairman of the Obermoschel Tourist Association, managing director of the Protestant Hospital Foundation Obermoschel, honorary judge at the Kaiserslautern Labor Court, member of the Western Palatinate planning community, on the administrative board of the Kreissparkasse Rockenhausen, on the board of the Palatinate Transport Association, 1951 union member and founding and board member of the Palatinate income tax group in the Public Services, Transport and Traffic Union.
