Karl Werner Jernström (born January 5, 1883 in Stockholm , † April 29, 1930 ibid) was a Swedish sports shooter .

Werner Jernström took part in the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 and in Antwerp in 1920 . In 1912 he finished the individual competitions with the free rifle in three-position fight in 20th place, as well as with the army rifle in three-position fight in 53rd place and in any position in sixth place. He finished the team competition with the army rifle behind the US and British teams in third place and thus secured the bronze medal. Jernström was the second best shooter in the team with 262 points, which also included Mauritz Eriksson , Tönnes Björkman , Bernhard Larsson , Hugo Johansson and Carl Björkman . Eight years later he missed a leading position in the prone position with the army rifle in the individual competition, while he finished fifth with the team.
