Werner Wellhöfer

Werner Wellhöfer (born August 22, 1947 in Würzburg ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

He studied law in Munich and Lausanne . After the 2nd state examination in 1976 and his doctorate in 1977 at the University of Konstanz , he worked in various law firms, since 1981 with Rechtsanwälte Fiedler pp. in Munich, which has been operating under the name CMS Hasche Sigle since 1999; He has been a partner in the law firm since 1983 . Since 2007 he has been teaching as an honorary professor at the University of Passau .

His focus is on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, asset and corporate succession, cross-border transactions, arbitration and business mediation.
