The Wernigerode Fairy Tale Trail is a nature trail created in 2014 in the city of Wernigerode in Saxony-Anhalt .

The fairy tale trail runs from the Hasseröder holiday park through the Nesseltal up to the Armeleuteberg and has the following stations where useful information is conveyed and certain tasks have to be solved:

  1. Flower game
  2. The wolf
  3. Stones
  4. Breadcrumb game
  5. Hansel and Gretel
  6. Bird watch
  7. Tree game
  8. Rapunzel Tower

The end of the route is the Kaiserturm on the Armeleuteberg, which was provided with a Rapunzel braid in 2014 .

In addition, the three fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel and Rapunzel are presented on various panels.

The fairy tale trail is looked after by the Waldgasthaus Armeleuteberg in Wernigerode, where a special stamp from the Harz hiking pin for this nature trail is available.

The path is described as suitable for prams and sometimes contains relatively steep sections.
