The West Swan River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Tasmania .
geography
River course
The river has its source on the northeast slopes of Snow Hill in the forest reserve of the same name, about 78 km southeast of Launceston . From there it flows eastwards and flows into the Swan River at Waters Meeting .
