Blokker is a village in the Dutch municipality of Hoorn . Actually the village consists of Westerblokker and Oosterblokker . Westerblokker has belonged to the municipality of Hoorn since a regional reform in 1979 and has been known as Blokker ever since. Oosterblokker belongs to the municipality of Drechterland .
