The Vienna Jewish Choir is a Vienna concert choir .

The choir was founded in 1989 by Timothy Smolka and his family as a folk song choir dedicated to caring for Yiddish songs . In addition to Yiddish songs , Sephardic and Hebrew songs are also part of the regular repertoire. Lev Vernik, Oleg Berkovitch and Abraham Breuer were initially active as choirmasters.

The Vienna Jewish Choir has been directed by Roman Grinberg since 2002 . Grinberg works as a vocal coach , pianist, arranger, composer, répétiteur and conductor . The choir has more than 50 Jewish and non-Jewish members from 14 nations.
