The Wild Black Jets are founded by Torsten Gluschke 1992 rock 'n' roll - and Rockabilly - band from Bremen .

biography

The Wild Black Jets have released five albums so far , completed various tours in France and given concerts in Lithuania , Estonia , Switzerland and the Netherlands . Together with Alvin Stardust they were on tour from 2004 and released a long player together in 2007. This was played by many European radio stations.

The band has so far failed to achieve a real chart success. At the turn of the year 2008 Dirk Wunderlich (double bass) was replaced by Florian Meyer. Marko Döltz the former came Wolf Moon - drummer Kai Stellmann to The Wild Black Jets. In early 2008 the group played at Bremen as a support for Bill Haleys Comets.

In 2013 the drummer Kai Stellmann was replaced by Uli Mahnken from the Red Hot 54 . In October of that year, the band took part in the filming of the movie Rockabilly Requiem . In it, the musicians play a fictional band called Black Jets .
