The Wildman River West Branch is a river in the north of the Australian Northern Territory . It does not carry water all year round, but becomes a series of water holes in the dry season.

geography

The river has its source near the confluence of Old Jim Jim Road with the Arnhem Highway in the west of Kakadu National Park . From there it flows northeast and crosses the Arnhem Highway. Approx. 10km north it forms this road along with the Wildman River East Branch to Wildman River .
