Wilfried Boehringer

Wilfried Böhringer (* 1945 ; † 1997 ) was a German translator of mostly Spanish-language literature, but also from French.

Life

Wilfried Böhringer lived in Saarbrücken ; In addition to his translation work, he was in charge of a "literary translation working group" at the University of Saarbrücken . Böhringer was killed in an accident in the United States in 1997 . He mainly translated works by Latin American authors from Spanish into German.
