William the Fat († July 20, 1179 ) was the last French Count of Aumale from the House of Blois ; at the same time he was the last Earl of York under King Stephen of England . He was a son of Count Stephan von Aumale and Hedwig.

In 1138 Wilhelm was one of the leaders of the English army in the standard battle against the Scots.
