Wilhelm Adolph von Lüderitz , also Wilhelm Adolf von Lüderitz (* around 1700 in Holstein , † after 1763), was a Prussian colonel .

Life

Origin and family

Wilhelm Adolph was a member of the Altmark noble family von Lüderitz .

Career

Lüderitz had already been in Austrian military service for 30 years when he switched to Prussian military service as a lieutenant colonel in 1759 . With his transfer he took over the free battalion "Rapin" . In July, however, 300 men and 100 hussars were taken prisoner near Friedland. He was only released after the peace agreement and immediately received his farewell with the character of a colonel.
