Wilhelm Hautmann

Wilhelm Hautmann (born August 9, 1918 , † October 26, 2011 ) was a German association manager, author of legal writings and judge at the Federal Labor Court.

Life

Hautmann studied after the end of World War II jurisprudence and earned his doctorate in 1951 at the University of Munich . He wrote pamphlets and manuals for political education , such as a "Kleines Staatslexikon", together with Fritz Münch, a CDU member at the time . For the operational practice of employers , he wrote a number of labor law documents and a commentary on the Works Constitution Act . Hautmann became managing director of the Central Association of the German Photography Trade and was this until 1982. Hautmann became an honorary judge at the company representativeFederal Labor Court . After his retirement he continued to work as a freelance lawyer and as editor of an employment law information service. He was the general manager of the Bavarian Crafts Day.
