The Sellheim River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Queensland .

geography

River course

The river rises on the eastern slopes of Peak John in the southeast part of the Leichhardt Range and initially flows to the southwest. Approx. 10 km east of the settlement of Hidden Valley , it turns its course to the northwest and flows into Lake Dalrymple at the settlement of Mount McConnell , and thus into the Burdekin River .
