Wilhelm Kitz

Wilhelm Kitz (born July 12, 1890 in Hanau , † August 13, 1956 in Bad Godesberg ) was a German lawyer and ministerial official .

Life

Kitz received his doctorate in 1918 at the University of Greifswald , was then a government trainee and from 1931 worked as the first regional councilor in the administration of the provincial association of the Rhine Province . Kitz became a member of the NSDAP in 1942 . Nothing is known about its denazification .

In 1945/46 he worked for the Upper President of the North Rhine Province . From 1948 to 1950 he was secretary general of the expert commission for burden sharing in Bad Homburg . From 1946 to 1956 he was Head of Department in the NRW Ministry of Finance and from 1950 to 1956 as Head of Department V (Public Welfare, Youth Welfare and Physical Exercise, from 1954: Social Affairs, Social Affairs and Welfare) in the Federal Ministry of the Interior .
