Wilhelm Kraut (son)
Wilhelm Kraut (born March 17, 1906 , † July 13, 1992 ) was a German entrepreneur. He was the managing partner of the scale manufacturer Bizerba .
Career
Kraut was born as the eldest of four children of the balance manufacturer Wilhelm Kraut (1875–1957) and Anna Kraut (1881–1934).
After his father was seriously ill at the beginning of 1923, he was only 17 when he took over the management of the company. With innovative new developments, both led the company to become the largest manufacturer of scales in the German Empire by 1928. After the Second World War, Bizerba also developed into a leading international company.
