Wilhelm Lennemann

Wilhelm Lennemann (born September 24, 1875 in Annen ; † January 23, 1963 in Witten ) was a German writer .

Life

Wilhelm Lennemann was the son of a teacher. After attending elementary school in Annen and a grammar school in Witten, he completed teacher training at the teachers' seminars in Soest and Herdecke . He then worked from 1896 to 1911 as a primary school teacher in Iserlohn , and from 1907 to 1913 he was also editor of a magazine for the Cologne Association for Evangelical Freedom . In the following years Lennemann lived as a freelance writer in different places, including a. in Cologne , Königsberg and finally again in Annen.
