Wilhelm Lenz (born June 25, 1894 in Steinbach (Taunus) , † June 8, 1954 in Braubach ) was a German politician ( SPD , non-party).

Life

Lenz was a representative of the Bad Homburg pasta factories . After the Second World War , he joined the SPD and was a member of the Niederlahnstein city council from 1946 to 1952, and from 1946 to 1948 he was the second deputy of the city of Niederlahnstein . In 1946 he became district deputy and in 1948 a member of the Bad Ems district council. From 1948 to 1952 he was a member of the district committee.

In the first electoral period he was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament from June 4, 1947 to May 17, 1951 . In the state parliament he was a member of the Refugee Committee / Committee for Immigrants, Main Committee, Budget and Finance Committee, Legal and Rules Committee, Social Policy Committee and the Economic and Transport Committee.

In the summer of 1949 he was expelled from the SPD. He remained as a non-attached member of parliament.
