Wilhelm Ostermeier (born February 16, 1929 ) is a former German soccer player who was active for FC Bayern Munich and Borussia Neunkirchen between 1947 and 1955 and for SV St. Ingbert in 1957/58 in the league , the top German division at the time .

Career

Beginning

Ostermeier belonged to the first team of FC Bayern Munich from 1947 to 1949 at the age of 18 , for which he was only used six times in the first season in the Oberliga Süd . He made his debut for Bayern on April 4, 1948 (27th matchday) in the 1: 2 defeat in the away game against SV Waldhof Mannheim . In the 1948/49 season he played only one friendly game and was not part of the team for a short time in the 1949/50 season . In the 1950/51 season he played one league and 13 friendlies, in which he scored three goals. In his last season for Bayern , he played three point matches and four friendlies.

For the 1952/53 season he moved to the Oberliga Südwest to Borussia Neunkirchen, for which he completed three seasons and also played two games in the DFB-Pokal competition.
