Wilhelm Roedder
Wilhelm Rödder (born March 12, 1942 in Remscheid ) is a German economist .
Life
Rödder acquired in 1968 the level of a diploma - mathematician at the University of Cologne . In addition to working as a research assistant at RWTH Aachen University , he completed a postgraduate degree in economics . 1972 doctorate he became Dr. rer. pole. Until 1978 he was an academic councilor at RWTH Aachen. After a visiting professorship at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 1979 to 1983, he resumed his work as an academic senior counselor at RWTH Aachen University and completed his habilitation in May 1985 in Operations Research . Until he was appointed full professor at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg in 1988, he continued to work as a private lecturer in Aachen . In 1991 he was appointed professor of business administration , especially operations research, at the FernUniversität in Hagen , where he worked until his retirement in 2010.
