Wilhelm Rautenberg (lawyer)

Franz Wilhelm Rautenberg (born October 14, 1809 in Hanover , † August 5, 1889 in Bad Eilsen ) was a German lawyer and attorney.

Life

Rautenberg was the son of the lawyer in Hanover Johann Gottfried Franz Georg Rautenberg (1776–1838) and his wife Sabine geb. Vezin (1783-1856). He studied law in Kiel (until Easter 1830), from May 6, 1830 in Göttingen, and from October 26, 1831 in Heidelberg. He was a member of the Corps Hannovera Göttingen and Guestphalia Heidelberg . After studying Rautenberg lawyer in Hanover, 1879 he served as Counsel attorney and notary in Hannover. Rautenberg was in-house counsel for the bar association and chairman of the state insurance company in Hanover. He died as a judiciary in Bad Eilsen.

His brothers were the Hanoverian high court attorney Louis Berthold Carl August Rautenberg (1806–1874), the economist and farmer Heinrich Wilhelm Thomas Marius Rautenberg (1808–1870) and the Hanoverian chief forester Friedrich Leopold Georg Wilhelm Rautenberg (1811–1898).
