Wilhelm Remé

Wilhelm Remé (born December 14, 1837 in Lübeck , † August 21, 1916 in Hamburg ) was a Hamburg brewery director and member of the Hamburg parliament .

Life

Wilhelm Remé was the son of the Lübeck stonemason and sculptor Georg Christian Remé , who moved his business to Hamburg after the Hamburg fire .

He was director of the Eilbeker beer brewery and from 1891 to 1895 a member of the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. He belonged to the Left Center group.

He was the brother of Carl Heinrich Remé . One of his sons was Richard Remé .
