Wilhelm Scheuchzer (born March 24, 1803 in Hausen am Albis , † March 28, 1866 in Munich ) was a Swiss landscape painter .

Scheuchzer's pictures show typical characteristics of Romanticism , with largely idealized views of the alpine landscape.
