Wilhelm "Willi" Seipel (born November 29, 1903 in Fauerbach vor der Höhe , † January 13, 1967 in Bad Nauheim ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Wilhelm Seipel was the son of the farmer Konrad Seipel IV and his wife Maria Margaretha née Born. He was married to Born Lilina.

Seipel first attended elementary school and later worked as a self-employed farmer in Fauerbach. There he was chairman of the Hessian rural youth until he joined the NSDAP in May 1930. From autumn 1931 until about 1936 he was district leader in Friedberg (Hesse) , where he was also a member of the district committee. He became the NSDAP's agricultural consultant in Upper Hesse and was a member of the board of the Hessian Landbund from 1932 to 1933. After he was mayor of the municipality of Fauerbach, he was also a member of the Upper Hesse Provincial Committee.

Seipel was elected to the Hessian state parliament in 1931 , to which he was a member from electoral periods 5 to 7 to 1933. From November 1933 he was also a member of the National Socialist Reichstag . From November 1933 he represented constituency 33 there until 1945. Also from 1933 Seipel was state chief department head 1 of the state farmers' union Hessen-Nassau. He was a member of the Reichsbauernrat and from 1936 provincial chairman of the state farmers' association Hessen-Nassau. From April 1935 he was the NSDAP representative for the Friedberg district.

After the end of the Second World War, Seipel's writings were added to the Landvolkpartei or Hitler movement ( Eher , Munich 1932) and the development of the National Socialist peasant movement in Hesse (with a foreword by Jakob Sprenger ; Eugen Schmahl's development of the völkisch movement.
