Otto Friedrich Wilhelm Conrad Freiherr von Zedlitz und Neukirch (born September 30, 1811 in Neukirch ; † November 25, 1880 ibid) was a German manor owner and politician.

Life

His parents were the royal Prussian secret government councilor Wilhelm von Zedlitz-Neukirch (* January 19, 1786 - January 30, 1862) and his wife Molly von Kameke (* November 11, 1788 - April 9, 1860). Constantin von Zedlitz-Neukirch and Theodor von Zedlitz-Neukirch were his brothers.

Von Zedlitz and Neukirch, who was a Protestant denomination, married Luise Freiin von Falkenhausen-Trautskirchen, the daughter of Friedrich Freiherr von Falkenhausen-Trautskirchen, on March 16, 1835 in Pischkowitz. On February 26, 1842 he married Bertha Clothilde Dorothea Wilhelmine von Unruh from Nieder-Großen-Bohrau, daughter of the district administrator and judiciary Georg von Unruh, in Nieder-Großen-Bohrau . On November 25, 1858, he married Christiane Johanne Charlotte Luise Elisabeth Freiin von Seherr and Thoß, the daughter of Ernst Friedrich Eduard Ludwig Freiherr von Seherr and Thoß on Schollwitz and Simsdorf, in Schollwitz. The son Wilhelm Ernst von Zedlitz-Neukirch emerged from the second marriage .

Von Zedlitz and Neukirch did military service and resigned from the Prussian army as a lieutenant colonel à la suite. He was lord of Neukirch and Herrmannswaldau. From 1850 to 1865 he was state elder in the principalities of Schweidnitz and Jauer . From 1865 to 1874 he was landscape director for the principalities of Schweidnitz and Jauer.

From 1853 to 1853 he was an elected member of the First Prussian Chamber . From 1854 to 1876 he belonged to the Prussian mansion on presentation of the landscape district of the Principality of Schweidnitz. In 1850 he was a member of the Volkshaus of the Erfurt Union Parliament .
