Willard Wheatley

Willard Wheatley (born July 16, 1915 - January 22, 1997 ) was Chief Minister of the British Virgin Islands .

Life

Wheatley, chairman of the United Party (UP), succeeded Lavity Stoutt as Chief Minister of the British Virgin Islands in June 1971 and held this office for eight years until November 1979. He was succeeded by Lavity Stoutt.
