Willem Wilmink
Willem Andries Wilmink (born October 25, 1936 in Enschede ; † August 2, 2003 there ) was a Dutch poet , author and singer . He wrote numerous titles in particular for his compatriot Herman van Veen .
In 1988 he received the Theo Thijssenprijs, endowed with 60,000 euros .
Willem Wilmink died on August 2, 2003 at the age of 66 as a result of several strokes.
