Theo Thijssenprijs
The Theo Thijssenprijs is a Dutch literary award.
The prize is named after the Dutch author Theo Thijssen and has been awarded every three years since 1988 for the complete works of an author. Before 1988 the prize was called the “State Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature”. It was awarded by the Ministry of Culture. The Theo Thijssenprijs is awarded by a foundation. The prize is endowed with 60,000 euros.
