The Willi-Daume-Platz is a square in the Olympic Park of the city of Munich in the Milbertshofen-Am Hart district ( Am Riesenfeld ). It was named after the entrepreneur, athlete and sports official Willi Daume (1913–1996) by resolution of June 1, 1998 .

Willi-Daume-Platz is located directly on the shores of Lake Olympia and is the second largest square in the park next to the neighboring Coubertinplatz in the west. Today it is under the file number E-1-62-000-70 under monument protection with ensemble protection . The place is paved and planted with trees.

The Olympic Ice Sports Center and Sea Life Munich are located on it , 50 meters west of the Olympic Tower . The Munich Olympic Walk of Stars (MOWOS) is also located on it. There - based on the example of the Hollywood Walk of Fame - around 70 concrete slabs with handprints of famous personalities are embedded over a length of 800 m.
