Willi Orthofer
Wilhelm "Willi" Orthofer (* 9. April 1950 in St. Valentin , Lower Austria , † on the night of the 16th to the 17th May 2010 in Linz ) was an Austrian musicians , the band EELA CRAIG co-founded.
Life
In 1970 Orthofer founded the Austrian cult band Eela Craig together with Hubert Bognermayr , Harald Zusatzrader, Gerhard Englisch, Horst Waber and Heinz Gerstmair . The band remained active until Bognermayr's death in 1999.
Orthofer died of heart failure on the night of May 16-17, 2010 .
