Willi Tatge

Willi Tatge (born December 10, 1958 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).

The trained business economist Tatge moved in 1985 for Roland Vogt in the German Bundestag due to the rotation principle practiced by the Greens at the time via the Rhineland-Palatinate state list . At 27, he was the youngest MP. After the federal election in 1987 , he left parliament again. From 1991 to 1994 he was the first district deputy of the Ludwigshafen district and thus deputy of district administrator Ernst Bartholomé .

In 1995 Tatge was elected Head of Department of the City of Ludwigshafen, with responsibility for construction and the environment. After the red-green coalition broke up in Ludwigshafen, he was voted out of office in 1998. In the 2001 mayoral election, he was a candidate for the Greens and received 1.57 percent of the vote. Tatge left the city and moved to Limburgerhof . There, too, he was committed to the Greens. He ran for the local council and the district council and was elected to the board of the local association. Since 2003 Tatge has been working as a lecturer at a vocational school in Karlsruhe. After the state elections in Rhineland-Palatinate in 2011 , Tatge was proposed by his party as Vice President of the Structural and Approval Directorate South . He held the office until 2016.
