William Guy Carr

William Guy Carr ( June 2, 1895 - October 2, 1959 ) was a Canadian officer and author . "Commander Carr" served the Canadian Navy in the First and Second World War .

His main works Pawns in the Game and Red Fog over America are primarily about an alleged world conspiracy of the Illuminati .
