Live and act

Danek attended a theater school in Vienna in the 1920s and then performed as a choir singer, dancer and finally actor in the Austrian, German and Czech stage provinces (including Eger, Brieg and Mährisch-Ostrau) until 1945. In 1944/45 he also worked in a number of films such as Die Kreuzlschreiber in order to avoid being drafted . Willy Danek also appeared in Austria's first post-war film The Long Way .
