Wilson Ridge is a distinctive and sharp-rimmed mountain ridge in Princess Elisabeth Land, East Antarctica . In the Grove Mountains, it rises 10 km north of Mount Harding .

The mountain ridge was mapped using aerial photographs taken between 1956 and 1960 as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named it after the Australian topography draftsman R. R. Wilson, who was involved in the creation of maps of Antarctica as a member of the Australian Ministry of National Development .
