The Witenwasserenstock ( 3,085  m above sea level ) is a mountain in the western part of the Gotthard group of the western Alps . It is located in Switzerland on the canton border between Uri and Wallis , around 340 meters west-northwest of the triangle with Ticino .

The point where the three cantons meet is 3025  m above sea level. M. on the main Alpine ridge, is the watershed point between the Po , Rhône and Rhine and is sometimes referred to as the eastern summit of the Witenwasserenstock.
