Vyacheslav Fyodorovich Soloduchin ( Russian Вячеслав Фёдорович Солодухин ; born November 11, 1950 in Leningrad , Russian SFSR ; † December 1979 ibid) was a Soviet - Russian ice hockey player . His brother Sergei was and his nephew Vyacheslav Sergeyevich is also a hockey player.

Career

The center spent his entire career with his brother at the SKA Leningrad Army Sports Club .

In December 1979 he died of carbon monoxide intoxication in his own car together with a female companion.

International

Soloduchin took part with the U19 national team at the European Junior Championships in 1969 , which won the gold medal. In 1972 he was in the 1972 Summit Series against Canada once for the Sbornaja on the ice. During the ice hockey world championship in 1972 he scored a total of five goals in eight games.
