Vyacheslav Ilyich Tolkatschow even Tolkatschew , ( Russian Вячеслав Ильич Толкачёв or Толкачев , Belarusian Вячаслаў Ільіч Талкачоў Wjatschaslau Ilyich Talkatschou * 24. February 1948 ) is a former Soviet biathlete , biathlon coach and current dart players and coaches.

Tolkachev was one of the first Belarusians in the Soviet national team and had his first international success at the Junior World Championships in 1969 with fourth place in the singles and the title win with the relay. The only podium places in the championships of the USSR he achieved in 1978 when he was third in the sprint and winner of the individual. In the same year he was successful in the first edition of the Biathlon World Cup . Together with Alexander Jelisarow , Alexander Tichonow and Wladimir Vwedenski he finished second in the USSR II relay at the fourth World Cup station in Murmansk . After his active career, he stayed as a coach in biathlon. From 1993 to 2000 he was the national coach of Belarus.

He then turned to darts and became Belarusian champion in 2006. He also teaches and trains darts in a private business management school in Pervomaisk , Usda district , Minsk region .
