Vladimir Iossifowitsch Tatarschuk (Russian: Владимир Иосифович Татарчук ; born April 25, 1966 ) is a former Russian football player .
Career
Vladimir Tatarchuk came to the Moscow Army Club CSKA in 1985 through the stations Karpaty Lviv , Dynamo Kiev and FSchM Moscow . There the midfielder, who is only 1.72 meters tall, quickly fought for a regular place. On April 18, 1987 Tatarchuk came to his first assignment for the Soviet national team , but he was to wait almost three years for the next one.
In 1988 Tatarchuk was in the squad of the Soviet Olympic selection, which won the gold medal in South Korea .
At the end of 1991 Slavia Prague tested the CSKA player Valerij Masalitin , but finally signed Vladimir Tatarschuk for the transfer fee of 20 million crowns. To date, adjusted for inflation, it is the third highest transfer fee in Czech football. In Prague , the technically exceptionally talented Tatarschuk played on the right side of midfield and formed an outstanding quartet with Radek Bejbl , Radim Nečas and Patrik Berger . Injury problems prevented Tatarchuk from making further progress. In April 1994 he returned to Moscow in order to better prepare for the 1994 World Cup , which he did not take part in. The international match against Turkey on April 20, 1994 in Bursa was his last.
In the summer of 1994 he moved to the Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad , where he played for a year and a half. From 1996 to 1997 he was under contract with FK Tyumen . From 1998 to 1999 he laced the boots for Lokomotiv Nizhny Novgorod , in the first half of 2000 for FC Sokol-Saratov , in the second half of the year for Metallurg Krasnoyarsk . After the 2001 season, in which he played for Liepājas Metalurgs , Tatarschuk ended his career.
