history
At their meeting in Bremen at the end of November 2011, the ARD directors voted for a six-month trial run of this cooperation project. The offer should also be available via social networks and mobile. Since June 4, 2012, the program has been offered on television at tagesschau24 , EinsPlus and EinsFestival and on the online pages of the young radio waves of the state broadcasters . The ARD had initially planned a six-month trial operation, which the ARD directors extended on November 26, 2012 for a further six months. On April 25, 2013 it was announced that the program Tageswebschau will be discontinued. The last edition aired on May 31, 2013.
Each issue of the daily web show was three minutes long and was presented by an off-voice. With the help of an interactive web player, the Internet users were able to call up additional information and content on the individual topics. The editorial department was based at Radio Bremen , the approval was in the hands of ARD-aktuell in Hamburg , the Hessischer Rundfunk created the graphics. The show was produced by the “Digital Garage”.
Since August 2, 2013 the program has been continued as a weekly web show. The channels remain the same. The station tagesschau24 was an exception . Since July 2014, the weekly web show has also been broadcast on tagesschau24. At EinsPlus, the weekly web show replaced the Friday edition of the daily news at 8:00 p.m. On December 18, 2015, it was announced that the weekly web show will be discontinued. The last edition aired on December 18, 2015.
